Discount Policy

• Discount codes do not apply to mystery products, sale sale items (including Last Chance items) and packs unless otherwise stated. 
• Discount codes cannot be used during site-wide sale such as the Black Friday Sale.
• Multiple discount codes and promotions cannot be stacked or applied to one order.
• Discount codes specified as one use per customer can not be used on multiple transactions. 
• Promotional offers and discount codes will automatically apply to the item(s) of lesser value in your order, unless the offer specifies otherwise. Please check the promotion terms for full details.

Sale Price

If an item goes on sale within five business days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference between the original price and the sale price. Refunds will be issued as Outway store credit only. To request this, contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] and don't forget to include your order number!
