Warranty Policy
We offer a one year warranty on all purchases against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by, but not limited to, incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, and abrasion will not be covered by our warranty. All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.
Socks purchased from retailers other than our website (www.outway.com) must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from.
Start A Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please use our Returns and Exchanges Portal. You’ll need your order number (for example, U123456, found in your order confirmation email) and your postal or ZIP code to get started. You can also visit TRACK AND MANAGE MY ORDERS in our Help Centre to locate your order.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo showing the issue so our team can review it. Once your claim is submitted, our team will assess it and get back to you. There is no need to send the defective item back to us.
