Discount Policy

Discount codes do not apply to mystery products or sale items (including Last Chance items) unless otherwise stated. 

Multiple discount codes and promotions cannot be stacked or applied to one order.

Discount codes specified as one use per customer can not be used on multiple transactions. 

Promotional offers and discount codes will automatically apply to the item(s) of lesser value within an order unless otherwise specified in the offer text. Refer to the promotion terms for more information.

 If an item goes on sale within five business days of you purchasing, you can be eligible for a refund of the difference between the sale price and full price. The refund will be issued as an Outway gift-card only. Contact the Customer Experience Team HERE and select "Sale" from the drop-down. Please include your order number.
