Discount Policy

Discount codes cannot be applied to mystery products, sale items (including Last Chance items), or packs unless otherwise stated. Codes are also disabled during site-wide sale periods such as Black Friday, and the Spring Sale.

Multiple discount codes and promotions cannot be combined on a single order, and codes specified as one use per customer cannot be used across multiple transactions.

Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers and discount codes will automatically apply to the item(s) of lesser value in your order. Please check the promotion terms for full details.

Sale Price Adjustment

If an item goes on sale within five business days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference between the original price and the sale price. Refunds are issued as Outway store credit. To request an adjustment, contact our Customer Experience Team here and include your order number.
