Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship to Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping to any other destinations
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–8 business days. During busy times like sales or holidays (especially Black Friday!), it might take us a little longer to get your order ready. Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are in the hands of our shipping partners.
Can I make changes to my shipping information?
You can make changes to your order, including updating your address, within 30 minutes of placing it by clicking the ‘View or Edit My Order’ button in your order confirmation email. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
If it’s been more than 30 minutes, no worries! Just reach out to our Customer Experience team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to help. Please include your order number and, if you’re updating your address, the new details so we can get everything sorted quickly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, tracking link, and an estimated delivery timeline. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folders — and if it’s still not there, feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can help you out.
My order was never delivered
