Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-8 business days. Please be aware that during high-volume sales and holidays, order processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.
Can I make changes to my shipping information?
You can edit your order, including an address update, within 30 minutes of placing your order sing the :View or Edit My Order" button in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, please check your Junk folder,. If it has been more than 30 minutes, please contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] and they will be able to help you (don't forget to tell us your order number, and if you need to update your address, what the updated address is!)
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number tracking link and the estimated delivery timeline. If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders or contact us HERE
My order was never delivered
