My Order Shows as Delivered But I Haven't Received ItUpdated 16 days ago

If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, it's worth checking with anyone else in your household who might have accepted it, and having a look in any spots your carrier might use;  a porch, secondary building, side entrance, or even with a neighbour.

If you've checked and it's still not there, please contact our Customer Experience team here with your order number and we'll look into it.
