Warranty Policy
We offer a one year warranty on all purchases against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by, but not limited to, incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, and abrasion will not be covered by our warranty. All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.
Socks purchased from retailers other than our website (www.outway.com) must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from.
Start A Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, use our Returns and Exchanges Portal HERE. You will need your order number (e.g. U123456, found on your order confirmation email) and your postal/ZIP code to begin. Alternatively, go to TRACK AND MANAGE MY ORDERS in the help-centre to find your order
- You will be required to upload a photo of the issue.
- Once submitted, your warranty claim will be reviewed by our team
- There will be no need to return the defective item to us.
