Warranty Policy
All Outway socks purchased at outway.com are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that damage resulting from incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, or abrasion is not covered.
Socks purchased from a retailer other than outway.com must be returned to the original retailer for warranty claims.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, use our Returns and Exchanges Portal Returns and Exchanges Portal. You'll need your order number (for example, U123456, found in your order confirmation email) and your postal or ZIP code to get started. You can also find your order details via TRACK AND MANAGE MY ORDERS in our Help Centre.
You'll be asked to upload a photo showing the issue so our team can review it. There's no need to send anything back to us. Once your claim is submitted we'll review it and get back to you.
